- Develop 5 questions per market segment that you are going to ask at your meetings, write them down…
- Really listen with intent to understand…it’s a sign of kindness and respect
- Fear can be tamed with planning
- Be diligent, develop your own systems, be disciplined and organized…it saves time and effort
- Go to lunch, play golf and have fun with your friends and share your life with them
